This role will work closely with the Head of HR Business Partnering to drive workforce planning, workforce effectiveness, and transformation initiatives across the organization. You will also be responsible for overseeing the project management aspects of these initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration between project teams and business units. Additionally, you will work with relevant stakeholders to provide data-driven workforce insights to inform decision-making and help shape the future of our workforce.
Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Transformation Support
- Partner with the Head of HRBP and Business leaders to define and execute strategic workforce planning, productivity review & workforce transformation initiatives that align with business goals.
- Build workforce demand and supply models to drive strategic decision making and planning
- Support the development and implementation of workforce effectiveness strategies.
- Monitor the workforce transformation agenda by identifying areas for improvement and ensuring effective execution of organizational change initiatives.
- Monitor and assess workforce metrics to guide continuous improvement efforts in line with the company’s strategic priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams involved in workforce planning and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the project management of key HR initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between HR teams, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of strategic workforce initiatives.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to leadership on key milestones and outcomes.
- Collaborate with workforce analytics team to design and implement workforce analytics solutions that provide actionable insights into workforce trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Work with HR and business leaders to interpret data and identify trends that influence people strategies, driving more informed decisions related to workforce management.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between workforce strategies and business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of workforce planning and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure that all workforce data is accurately collected, analyzed, and presented to key stakeholders for decision-making purposes.

- Define & Monitor the workforce productivity metrics and analysis
- Ensure relevant workforce insights and data to support strategic decision making
- Develop & Monitor the Strategic Workforce Planning that is relevant & support to business long term success
- Ensure the aligned actions & plan are well-monitored, updated and executed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with a focus on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. At least 3 years of experience in project management or leading cross-functional initiatives. Experience with HRIS, workforce analytics tools, and project management software is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
