- Plan and execute digital campaigns (website, e-brochure, social media, email, display) according to the company’s marketing calendar.
- Manage daily operations of owned channels and e-brochure content (Website, Facebook, Zalo OA): ensure product listings, prices, promotions, visuals and activation information are accurate and on time.
- Coordinate with IT/agency on basic web technical tasks: tags/pixels, UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager setup, simple HTML/CSS fixes and landing-page optimization.
- Following ,ensure information from promotion Mail/Adhoc/weekend and activation align with actual timeline and promote efficiency - make customer react with information on FB/Zalo OA/Website cooperate
- Collect and analyze data from website, e-brochure, Facebook, Zalo OA, email, etc.; build regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Research market trends, online customer behavior and competitor digital activities; propose ideas to improve e-brochure and digital channel performance.
