Job purpose:

To manage and oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure operations including systems (servers, storage, virtualization), database administration (DBA), data warehouse platforms, network, and firewall. Ensure high availability, performance, security, and compliance of the infrastructure that supports the LFVN’s critical IT services and business applications.

Main responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure & System Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of infrastructure including AD/Email, O365, servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware), SAN/NAS storage, and enterprise backup systems.
Monitor system health, availability, capacity, and ensure compliance with operational SLAs.
2. Database & DWH Platform Management
Lead the DBA team to ensure stable operation of Oracle, SQL Server, and other RDBMS platforms.
Oversee infrastructure support for Data Warehouse systems, ensuring availability for ETL and reporting jobs.
Coordinate with DWH/BI units to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues affecting data processing.
3. Network & Firewall Operations
Oversee daily network operations including routing, switching, VLAN, and WAN/MPLS links between DC/DR/branches.
Manage and operate firewall systems (e.g. Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto) to ensure secure segmentation and control of internal/external traffic.
Collaborate with Security and Application teams to define and maintain firewall rules, NAT policies, and network access controls.
Ensure network monitoring, log management, and periodic security reviews.
4. Team Leadership
Lead a multi-disciplinary team: system admins, DBAs, network/firewall engineers, and DWH infrastructure staff.
Plan team structure, assign tasks, coach and evaluate team members.
5. Maintenance, Change & Capacity Management
Plan and execute infrastructure/system/database/network maintenance (e.g., patching, firmware upgrade, system migration) with proper change control.
Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure topology, IP plans, firewall rules, system configurations.
6. Compliance, Risk & Security
Ensure infrastructure complies with internal IT policies, audit requirements (internal, SBV), and security best practices (ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks).
Manage backup policies, access controls, and system hardening.
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education & Experience
    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
    At least 7–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure/network/database, with 3+ years in a management or team lead role.
2. Technical Skills
    Strong knowledge of:
      LAN/WAN, routing, VLANs, MPLS
      Firewall systems: Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto etc.  
      Windows/Linux servers, VMware
      SAN/NAS storage, backup solutions
      Oracle, SQL Server, RMAN (for DBA operations)
       DWH infrastructure operations (if applicable)
      Experience with system/network monitoring tools (e.g., ManaEngine, SolarWinds, ...).
3. Soft Skills
    Strong leadership and resource planning capabilities.
    Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
    Ability to manage high-pressure situations (e.g., major incidents, go-live weekends).
4. Languages
    Proficient in English for technical reading, email communication, and coordination with vendors.
