The Performance Digital Marketing & Social Content Specialist will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing sales for Khoa Minh Pharmaceutical's line of healthcare and health supplements products. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media best practices, and the healthcare industry.

• Digital Performance Management/ Consultancies/Planner/Execution:

- Plan, manage, set up and execute digital campaigns, paid social media campaigns and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI…) to enhance campaign efficiency.

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

• Social Affiliate System Management: Develop and manage affiliate programs for partners and content creators, KOC/KOLs on platforms like TikTok and Facebook
• Digital Asset, Social Media and Website Management:

- Monitor inventory levels on platforms to avoid stock outs or overstocking.

- Stay updated on platform policies and algorithms to maximize visibility and sales.

- Track and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, product trends, keywords, and customer satisfaction to refine strategies.

• Content Marketing:

- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including social content, blog posts, articles, and other relevant content.

- Create & distribute engaging social media content

- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creators to make visually arresting content.

• Data Analysis, Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track, analyze, & report on KPIs, such as Website traffic, Social Media engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

- Monitor and track campaign performance using analytics and data tools

• Email Marketing and Paperwork:

​- Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.

- Process documents in internal systems to obtain approval from relevant stakeholders.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-          Minimum 3 years in working experience in Digital Marketing with hands on experiences in Digital Planning, Digital Campaign Execution, Social Media, GA4, Search, Video, Display ads, E-commerce, and Conversion ads

-          Strong understanding of SEO principles is preferable.

-          Proven experience in managing and executing successful social media campaigns.

-          Digital performance marketing background from brands is preferred.

-          Passion for the healthcare, health supplements and wellness industry.

-          Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics tools, CRM software.

-          Experience with video editing and content creation tools, Canva or basic graphic design is a plus.

-          Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
