WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

• Work with customers, product developing teams, and suppliers to develop new product styles, ensuring quality and customer specifications are met.
• Coordinate sample development, managing revisions and approvals from concept to final sample.
• Oversee the entire order process, from placement to delivery, ensuring timelines and production quality.
• Ensure all products meet customer quality standards through production monitoring and issue resolution.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• Proven experience as a garment merchandiser (hat experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented.
