- We are seeking a forward-thinking IT and Digital Transformation Manager to lead our digital initiatives and IT infrastructure. - Technology Strategy Development: Collaborate with business leaders to assess existing processes, recommend improvements, and deploy new digital tools that reduce manual tasks and enhance productivity.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software systems, ensuring they are optimized for automation and performance.
- Data Security & Compliance: Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while integrating new technologies.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and IT contractors, ensuring timely delivery of digital tools and process automation solutions.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine business processes, implementing data-driven strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure the smooth adoption of automation technologies and digital processes across departments.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing IT and digital transformation team, providing guidance on process automation technologies and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Budgeting & Resource Management: Develop and manage the budget for digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on investing in automation technologies and process improvements.
