We are hiring an excellent Service Engineer (Solar and BESS) as follows:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
1. Be responsible for Digital Power products (Data Center Facility system, Energy Storage System, Transformer, Solar System, Air-conditioner, Monitoring System) technical engineering implementation in Vietnam, including engineering supervision, commissioning, system integration, maintenance and technical support, etc.,
2. Can be handle troubleshooting for Solar System, Energy Storage System, Data Center Facility system, can handle EVN issues, customer communication, rectification Digital Power product issues etc.. related electrical maintenance work.
3. Output Service Proposal and review, make the Service delivery material, do site acceptance with Sub-con and customer,.. Track and solve all technical issues customer caring about promptly, provide customer necessary technical support and suggestion, keep good cooperation with customer;
5. Cooperate with Project Manager to deal with engineering management and subcontractor engineer management;
6. Provide training for customers, subcontractors or service partners1. Bachelor's Degree in /Electrical/machine/Automatic Engineering or related field.
2. Has knowledge in power system technical solution design and implementation, be familiar with Vietnam National Electrical Code, be familiar with Digital power system, include transformer, Solar Inverter, BESS, etc., hold related electrical certificate will be advantage
3. Flexibility and teamwork, ability of engineering management, be good at communication and cooperation among different part.
4. Ability to work under pressure in the presence of the customer. There will be a requirement for travel in Vietnam on customer projects.
5. Proficiency in English language and good writing skills are essential.
