As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be multifaceted, involving both client-facing tasks and candidate management. You will be responsible for generating new client leads, understanding their unique business needs, and building lasting relationships. Additionally, you will manage a large network of candidates, providing them with valuable career consultation services. Your role will also involve managing the interview process and negotiating remuneration packages on behalf of clients. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys interacting with people, and has strong business acumen.

What You'll Do

- Generate new client leads and present unique selling propositions
- Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business, culture and resourcing requirements
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns
- Provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs
- Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages
- At least 3 years of work experience in any field or job function
- Strong sales mindset with determination to succeed
- Fluency or business level of English communication
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Team player mentality, self-motivation, and resilience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders
