Mô tả Công việc

1. Supervise and enforce an ongoing safety, health and environment program to ensure safe, healthy and environmentally friendly conditions in the Company.

2. Conduct job safety & health studies and analysis; formulate and recommend safety policies and procedures to reduce or eliminate incidents, safety and health hazards and damage to life and property.

3. Manage the security scope including the security policy, internal security team, local police relationship including the camera system and people identification system to ensure the company assets are protected properly.

4. Consult with departments on design, use and maintenance of personal protection equipment.

5. Provide information, signs, posters, barriers and other materials to warn of potential and actual safety hazards and to prevent access to hazardous areas.

6. Participate in or lead safety auditing of facilities to detect existing or potential fire, safety and health hazards; initiate corrective and preventive measures when required; and follow up to ensure measures have been implemented.

7. Participate in or lead incident investigations; prepare materials and evidence for Company use in lawsuits and insurance investigations.

8. Compile and submit accident reports required by the Company and regulatory agencies.

9. Actively take part in the Company Safety Committee and its activities.

10. Develop and deliver continuous safety training to increase proficiency in safe practice and promote fire and safety consciousness in association with employee health.

11. Maintain safety files and records.

12. Supervise safety of all contractor activities.

13. Ensure that the company is aware of and complies with all safety and health legislation in relation to the use of its plant, equipment and substances, as well as in all workplace activities.

14. Perform other duties common to supervisory jobs and other duties as may be assigned.

1. Knowledge & Skills: Safety, Health and Environment Knowledge

2. Education, Training, Qualifications: Recognized university degree Safety, health, environment field is an advantage.

3. Experience: Minimum 1 years

4. Personality: Strict, firm and calm. Good interpersonal relationship

5. Physical Requirement: Fit and healthy

6. Age: 23 years old or over

7. Languages: English and Vietnamese
