Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Department: Quality
Reports To: Quality Manager
ABOUT THE POSITION:
This person is based at our Vietnam factory and is responsible for management inspection on manufacturing line. This role will primarily focus on production inspection, quality improvement, solving quality issues with related teams, managing operators, optimizing inspection cost.
Essential functions and key responsibilities are:
● Report the result of line quality daily, weekly, monthly.
● Ensure product quality through 100% inspection on manufacturing line.
● Manage and arrange operators to achieve production plan.
● Collaborate with production team and technical to improve quality
● Optimize labor to save cost.
● Work with technical team to build inspection instruction
● Control "first passed yield" KPI of quality teamQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
● Experience working with electronic, mechanical company
● At least 5 years quality control experience or quality assurance
● 5years experience in management worker (30 people)
Skills/personal qualifications
● Independently, and working with others, able to generate new ideas
● Demonstrated sense of urgency; takes prompt action to accomplish goals.
● Open minded and willing to learn new knowledge in different scopes
● English communication is necessary.
● Can communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
● Graduated in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineeringThưởng
