Job Purpose
- As an Art Producer at Gameloft, you are responsible for managing the art production project teams to produce the artwork required for different game projects.
- You work closely with Art supervisor/lead/director, Game Producers, Art team and other stakeholders to establish and implement the relevant art production process, planning, communication protocol to produce and deliver the artwork, satisfying the timeline, technical and quality requirements.

- Represent the art production project teams to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders from different studios from the beginning to delivery.
- Understand the project goal to establish and implement the art production process to satisfy the project requirements.
- Develop, implement, and update the production planning from beginning to final delivery at required quality, with accurate estimation of task durations and clear milestones while ensuring optimal resource and time.
- Learn the production processes, platforms, and technologies involved to give the right instructions to the team, review deliverables, and ensure that Gameloft processes are respected.
- Be the key contact of the project to communicate and provide a clear status of the project to upper management and stakeholders.
- Foresee and create risk management documents with the necessary actions to assure the planned delivery.
- Keep high demand in team’s quality standard of work.
- Take part in quality reviewing to ensure final game visual quality.
- Give evaluation feedback of the team members as needed and take care of team morals.
- Take the initiative in improving team management, team development and productivity, organization and policies, as well as strengthening the relationship with external teams.
- Passion for games, game art production, knowledge of the game industry.
- Knowledge & skill of people management, project management including Scrum/Agile methodology and culture.
- Understanding of the available gaming platforms such as Console platforms (Sony Play Station, Xbox, …), PC, iOS, Android.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-directed and highly autonomous.
- Excellent command of English – both written and spoken.
- Good planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Know how to manage project stakeholders’ expectations.
- Ability to handle pressure and to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes and identify new opportunities.
- Previous experience with Jira, Confluence is an advantage.

Lịch sử thành lập
- Năm 1999, Gameloft được thành lập bởi Michel Guillemot, một trong năm người sáng lập Ubisoft
- Tháng 2/2009, Gameloft đã xuất xưởng hơn 200 triệu bản trò chơi của mình kể từ khi IPO, cũng như 2 triệu lượt tải xuống trò chơi hàng ngày qua App Store dành cho iOS.
- Tháng 11/2009, Gameloft đã cắt giảm mạnh các khoản đầu tư vào phát triển trò chơi Android
- Tháng 7/2010, Gameloft đã cố gắng bán các trò chơi Android trực tiếp thông qua trang web của mình, tránh sử dụng Google Play
- Tháng 7/2014, Gameloft thông báo rằng họ sẽ tập trung mạnh vào chất lượng hơn là số lượng, như đã tuyên bố trước đây.
- Tháng 2/2012 và tháng 2/2016, Gameloft đã ký hợp đồng xuất bản lần lượt với GREE, Inc. và GungHo Online Entertainment để tạo điều kiện cho sự hiện diện của nó tại thị trường châu Á.
