Daily

• Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
• Approve the purchase request and create purchase order via procurement system then send to suppliers for delivery on the following day.
• Review purchase orders for proper authorization and compliance with organizational policy and procedures
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines of delivery.
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Monitoring supplier and vendor compliance with contractual agreements.
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation to ensure compliance to Procurement Procedure.

Monthly

• Organize the invitation food and beverage vendor for the quotation of the following month
• Prepare the market list for Food & Beverage Manager for approval before send to supplier.
• Update the new price into the system.
• The new quote must be approved by Property Head before end of the month
• Monthly review the outstanding of purchase order and purchase request in the system.
• Market survey annual for food and beverage market list.
• Continuous improvement of purchasing processes in line with changing organizational needs and market conditions

Others task will be assigned by Head of Department.

- College degree in business, materials management, operations management, or related field

- Experience in purchasing and procurement, supervisory experience.

- Working knowledge of food and beverage, hospitality industry.

- Working knowledge of MS Office applications

- Communication skills.
