Responsible for supporting the Reservations Manager and team in delivering excellent customer service, maximizing revenue, and achieving budgeted targets. Ideal candidates will have strong telephone and computer skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, a willingness to learn, and a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key requirements:
Education
- Graduate College or above in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Languages Study
Working experience and Skills & Abilities
