I coordinate the development, industrialization & duplication project plan.
I'm responsible of the manufacturing of the prototypes and I participate to the setting up of the technical file.
I optimize development cost and negotiate for the fair value/ price of of my products.
I participate in the industrialization process of my product.
I am responsible for seasonal price management: negotiation plan, preparation, and lead.
I guarantee product quality through good management of my development.
I manage the continuous improvement of my activity.
I work on innovation exploration projects with my eco-system teams.
I participate in FW panel management/ growth by giving my inputs/ actions for supplier panel review & sourcing where needed.
In my development field, I offer my technical support to the eco-system teams: material advice, sole/ mold allocation, etc.At least 5 years experience in sole/mold development (Rubber / EVA / TP sole...).
Able to travel everyday/work on the field.
Active/clever in communication.
Ability to capitalize/consolidate the information.
English is compulsory, and Chinese is a plus.
