The FP&A Analyst (Junior) supports the FP&A team through accurate financial reporting, dashboard development, and performance analysis. The role focuses on data integrity, Power BI reporting, and timely insights to support decision-making in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

FP&A Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare monthly management reports (actual vs. budget/forecast)
• Maintain and update standard FP&A reports and templates
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across finance and commercial reports
• Support budget and forecast data consolidation

Power BI & Dashboard Development

• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for:
  • Sales performance
  • Profit margin and promotion tracking
• Support ad-hoc reporting and data visualization requests

Performance Analysis Support

• Assist in variance analysis (sales, margin, costs)
• Track promotion and marketing spending vs. approved budget
• Support ROI tracking for promotions and campaigns
• Prepare basic financial insights for review by Finance business Partner

Cross-Functional Support

• Work with Sales (Retail/Medical/Ecom), Marketing, and Operations (IT/HR/ Finance & Legal) teams to collect and validate data
• Support deal and promotion pre-evaluation and post-evaluation with data preparation
• Respond to management and internal stakeholder reporting requests

Process & Control

• Support month-end closing activities, accruals, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and timelines
• Continuously improving reporting efficiency and automation

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Data Analytics
• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, finance reporting, or data analysis
• Experience in FMCG / Beauty / Consumer Healthcare is a plus

Key Skills

• Strong Excel (Pivot, formulas, Power Query)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (data model, DAX basics, visualization)
• Good understanding of P&L structure and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Willingness to learn and proactive mindset
