• Marketing Executive is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing and Communication, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the image of the hotel. This role helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness. This role focuses on showcasing Food and Beverage promotions, Spa promotion, both to hotel guests and to local patrons. This role is also responsible for driving PR activities with PR agency and maintain relationship with local medias, manage to host media fam trip, blogger fam trip. Success is measured by how well they help drive the sales and revenue strategy of the property, social media engagement and also by how effectively leveraged the resources around them are to create truly compelling marketing and communications campaigns.

• Manage all online marketing initiatives for the Hotel including those relevant to F&B, Rooms and PR.
• Assist DOMC to maintain and develop PR activities to local medias,
• Assist DOMC to handle all media inquiries
• Assist DOMC to host media fam trip, blogger fam trip and handle KOLs inquiries
• Assist DOMC to conduct photo shooting, video shooting in the hotel for all campaign required
• Assist DOMC to create F&B campaign to drive awareness to both hotel and local patrons.
• Assist DOMC to run all advertising on digital platforms, maintain HWS
• Create and work on collaterals including sales kit, F&B, Spa and others.
• Create and maintain a year round strategic plan including a calendar of promotions
• Manage the execution of hotel sponsored events, community/government relations activities, and press promotional activities.
• Manage and maintain hotel images, information on all ecommerce channels

• Fluent in spoken and written in English.

Education: A Bachelor Degree or higher in Hotel Management or equivalent education.

Experience: 3 year experience in the same field in International hotel chain.
