Overview:
This role is one of the key personnel who has to manage all of the EHS aspects on the field since company starting the construction activity to build new Vietnam North Greenfield Project. EHS Manager is responsible to support the Project Manager, Contractors to ensure all compliance and control are put in place for prevention any accident and injury happen on the field. And to be contact person to verify EHS compliance to Vietnam Law as well as PepsiCo EHS Standard when becomes the installation period in the new factory. Risk assessment and accident reporting are also part of this role to coordinate and enforce to all relevant person who working on the site to follow our procedure.

Main responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop, if required, the necessary EHS standards to ensure the environmental, health and safety of associates, visitors and contractors are complying with Pepsico standard and Vietnam laws.
• Establish and Control of all standard procedure for Construction activity of new North Greenfield.
• Engaged the Contractor Management control system to on site contractor to ensure Zero incident.
• Co-ordinate the efforts of and coach associates through the development of critical documentation and tools to support risk assessments, safe work practices and adverse event/near miss reporting & investigation.
• Ensure WWT design and Operation is fully comply with Local regulation and stable operating, and all parameters and management systems are complied with regulatory requirement.
• Provide EHS direction, assistance and support for corrective actions and recommendations to assure site EHS improvements.
• Build culture of injury-free attitudes within the site team by demonstrating honest, genuine care and passion for EHS.
• Develop and implement site workplace inspections and audits to identify work hazards and exposures. Determine trends and action plans and corrective actions.
• Ensure all regulatory documentation and records are maintained and report
• Review and assist in the development of new facilities and processes to ensure optimum EHS practices are integrated as part of the change.
• Be leadership and development of professional and administrative environmental & safety specialists, ensure all environmental programs, procedures, training, work practices and controls are effectively implemented for transmission assets.
• Managing environmental processes within site operations to assure proper waste management and minimization practices in accordance with regulatory requirements & company standard.
• Develop environmental regulatory requirements and risk initiatives; analyze potential impacts on system operations; provide operations and upper management with information as appropriate.
• Ensuring timely environmental technical support to site transmission assets. This support will be provided in the areas of regulatory compliance, reporting, testing, EHS data management, enforcement action response, and regulatory agency mediation.
• Work closely with site leadership to ensure continual improvement and compliance in EHS activities.
• Maintain and develop, if required, compliance-related policies and procedures based on EHS and Security requirements.1/ Maintenance activities
• Establishment & maintain ISO45001 and ISO14001 on site as well as integration to GEHSMS standards.
