Role Summary

This role is help sharpen and strengthen SPVB's thought leadership position in Vietnam and among top industry players
The position will support the VP CA to build SPVB's government and industry engagement and advocacy for the balance and reasonable regulation environment
Protect SPVB corporate positive image and improve our corporate brand value year on year with the Government and Public stakeholders through external engagement with central and local governments following COCs and SPVB values guidelines
Single window for all GR & Industry relations by leveraging inputs from functions. Lead the advocacy campaigns for both SPVB or industry issues to support business interests and avoid negative impacts on SPVB business
Representing SPVB's CEO or VP at critical government and industry events

Job Responsibilities

Government
Build and lead government relation strategy so as to position SPVB as the industry leader and good corporate citizenship
Build and lead government key stakeholder network and engagement plans, both central and local authorities
Lead policy advocacy for both SPVB’s growth and issue management to support business operation and continuity
Industry Engagement
Build strategy and leverage business associations to support SPVB’s reputation building
Represent SPVB at the Standing Committees at key business associations
Build proactive advocacy strategy and plan to support business operation and continuity
Advocacy for balance and reasonable regulation
On top of the National Assembly and Government/ Ministries’ law building agenda, and timely update Excom on potential opportunities and risks, if any
Lead policy and regulation advocacy to serve both SPVB’s interest or to support the industry business associations
Lead crisis management agenda to ensure business continuity
Planning and Executing budget
Build Government and Industry strategy and planning process (AOP, strategic plan) and the flawless delivery of the same
Budget management: control and monitor to ensure effective use of GR and Industry Relations annual budget
Be responsible to build capacity of GR and Industry Relations organization to deliver GR and whole CA agenda

Your Team

Skills And Experience

Bachelor degree, additional certificates are preferable
10 years of related experiences
At least 3 years in managerial position
Capable of working with high levels
Strong knowledge and understanding Government & Industry Relations
Good at English
Proficiency in Office software
Hanoi or HCM based but travel upon business requirement
Honest, responsible, innovative, high integrity, high commitment
Ability to handle multi-tasking under high pressure
Mature & Confidentiality

Năm 1994, Công ty bắt đầu sản xuất và kinh doanh các sản phẩm nước giải khát tại Việt Nam.
Năm 2013, Suntory Holdings Limited tăng cường đầu tư vào liên doanh và đổi tên công ty thành Công ty TNHH Nước Giải Khát Suntory PepsiCo Việt Nam (SPVB).
Năm 2015, SPVB chính thức mở rộng nhà máy sản xuất tại khu công nghiệp Long An, tỉnh Long An, Việt Nam.
Năm 2020, SPVB tiếp tục mở rộng nhà máy sản xuất tại khu công nghiệp Mỹ Phước III, tỉnh Bình Dương, Việt Nam.
