1. Sales Management:
   • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets in Vietnam.
   • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to maximize market penetration and revenue.
   • Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
2. Promotional Events and Branding:
   • Plan and oversee promotional events to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event success and alignment with branding strategies.
   • Manage sponsorships and partnerships with sports events, athletes, and other influencers to promote the eyewear brand.
3. Customer Communication and Negotiation:
   • Establish and maintain strong connections with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
   • Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors, retailers, and partners to ensure mutual success.
   • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
4. Market Development:
   • Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution network in Vietnam.
   • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet local market demands.
   • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
5. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment of goals.
   • Provide guidance and training to the sales team to enhance their performance and skills.
6. Hybrid work: 50% Office - 50% remote

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the eyewear, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of managing distributors, wholesalers, and retail sales channels.
• Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to organize and execute promotional events and sponsorship activities.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
• Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with the sports products industry, sports sponsorships, and branding strategies is a plus.
  • Understanding of retail and wholesale operations in Vietnam.
• Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel within Vietnam as needed.
