- Make sure all operators follow company policies and safety standard requirements.
- Directly manage operators to handle daily tasks in order to meet KPIs aligned with customers.
- Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
- Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure daily productivity and KPI targets are met and maintained.
- Manage teams of workers and handle personnel issues such as recruitment, training, and discipline.
- Assist in carrying out appraisals with the Warehouse Operations Manager.
- Conduct monthly physical stock counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure FIFO, minimize stock levels, and verify all materials/products in the warehouse are properly labeled and not expired.
- Comply with working hours, company rules, and workplace regulations.
- Perform other assignments as required by the Warehouse Supervisor or Department Manager.
- Report unsafe conditions or acts and investigate near misses and safety incidents.
- Maintain GMP in the warehouse area and train warehouse staff on Safety and Quality.
