Job Description
HSE manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the safety, security and facility standards for all warehouses in Vietnam.

- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Ensure workers’ physical and mental well-being is never compromised
- Lead nationwide HSE team to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and safety standards
- Proactively identify and eliminate safety hazards
- Standardize safety practices among warehouses
- Take thorough and rapid corrective action to address any safety incidents
- Ensure that all HSE members, warehouse personnel and 3rd party contractors are properly trained about safety
- Ensure frequent on-site audits to improve compliance with our safety standards
- Owning loss prevention procedure
- Manage 3rd party security vendors to protect company assets (inventory, other assets) and employees’ assets when they work in our warehouse
- Proactively identify security risks and take corrective actions to address security risks
- Managing warehouse facilities
- Ensure that our facilities are in good working condition
- Proactively plan and ensure that our facilities are sufficient to meet operational needs
- Proactively propose initiatives to improve working conditions for warehouse staff
- Managing maintenance team
- Manage maintenance team in all warehouses to ensure that our working equipment is properly set up and maintained
- At least 5 years experience in HSE management with proven track record in leadership
