Mô tả công việc
- Being fully in charge of recruitment activities of the hotel;
- Implement recruitment procedures: requisition document, job flash, interview, reference check, onboarding process,…;
- Develop recruitment plan and manage candidate data & talent pool;
- Manage recruitment channels effectively, free and paid channels;
- Conduct the periodic recruitment report;
- Follow the probationary process of new-hired employees and provide support when necessary;
- Support the training function in organizing orientation training courses;
- Other related tasks will be assigned by HOD/GM.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 1 year in a similar experience in the hotel industry;
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
- Good verbal and written in English;
- Proactive, hospitality oriented, excellent communication;
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all time;
- Vietnamese under local contract.
