YOUR JOBS:
Do training survey, training need analysis and set up, review training plan accordance with training & development initiatives
Building standards of competency and skills needed for leadership programs and skill upgrading.
Evaluating employee's working skills or competency to adapt with job requirements and set up suitable training plan for each group and critical positions in the company
Develop induction training programs, leadership programs for the company and skill upgrading for all levels in manufacturing department to meet with business's requirements
Organize activities to build continuous learning and self-learning culture for the whole company
Ensure training need is appropriate identified based on job's requirements, aline with the strategy and development of the company, departments and also the employees
Guide & work closely with relevant people to propose company training budget
Monitor training plan implementation
Support Line manager with succession planning, performance management system (PMS) and monitor the implementation for company level
Work with other departments to ensure they comply with mandatory training plan, training content to suit with the law's or the customer's requirements
Others tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Bachelor degree and above
At least 03 years of experience in L&D/ Talent Development, Technical training expecially for manufacturing
Fluent English proficiency
Knowledge and experience of training and people development principles
Strong Negotiation skills Abilities: Work independently
Able to cope with work pressure
Build good relationships internally & externally
Organization and Strategic thinking
Flexible thinking and problem-solving
A flair for appreciation of business workflow processes, systems and internal control
Willing to learn openness and work ethics
