Job Description: Resort Sales Manager
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Resort Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts at our luxurious 5-star villa resort in Phú Quốc. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in maximizing occupancy and driving revenue. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key partners, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential revenue opportunities.
- Revenue Management: Implement innovative pricing strategies to optimize revenue and yield.
- Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including tour operators, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Sales Training: Develop and implement effective sales training programs.
- Industry Representation: Represent the resort at industry events and trade shows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with a property management system (PMS) and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the villa or boutique hotel market.
- Strong understanding of the Phú Quốc tourism market.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
