• Ensure that all the services, products and business activities of the company comply with regulatory requirements and applicable law.
• Provide legal consultations, analysis and advice in full cycle of matters related to the business activities of the company, including but not limited to: e-commerce, retail, trading used vehicles, commecial issues, labour.
• Organize and ensure legal support to group restructuring and general corporate governance matters.
• Manage all licensing matters, including: submission for new licenses, renewal license.
• Draft, negotiate, review and finalize terms and conditions for contracts/ agreements of the companies with customers and partners.
• Develop in-house documentation, including: POA, internal labour regulations, sale policy, MKT policy ....
• Handle and oversee all disputes between companies with customers and partner, Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client's issues;
• Manage and oversee legal services of third parties.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by BOD
