• Apologize on behalf of the Spa to any unsatisfied guest, informing the Spa supervisor or manager immediately.
• Fully understand the nature & features of the hotel’s services as well as the Leisure department including Spa including internal promotions, current and future facilities available to guests, and actively promote them to guests.
• Ensure that the daily opening and closing of the Spa is carried out smoothly and efficiently.

• Be on time for shift; properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures of Spa department.
• Be a host to the guests of the Spa department. This includes greeting them in person or over the phone in a friendly, efficient and professional manner, as well as escorting them to the appropriate facilities.
• Schedule treatment bookings and ensure smooth operation of the spa reception.
• Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments.
• Provide guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation.
• Receive and respond to all guest concerns, comments or complaints with discretion, urgency, professional; provide accurate information, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters.
• Encourage rebooking for spa guests and correct any wrong bookings with care and urgency.
• Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the spa.
• Maintain a clean; organized, safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
• Ensure spa journey of Guest is carry out standardlly and observe in all aspects: reservation, arrival, treatment and departure and payment process ishandled in accordance with spa department policy.
• Handle all transactions to ensure accuracy of daily spa summary revenue form, cash float, general report, daily revenue.
• Actively promote the spa menu, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
• Ability to perform the duties of the Retail Consultant as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute for spa deparment toward a quality work environment.
• Ensure all stuff and equipment for Front desk task is always full for operation; inform Spa manager when stock is low.
• Regularly attend and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by Spa Manager.
• Report to Spa Manager any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
• Maintaining detailed records of daily spa treatment to making report related to finance, authorities and other requirements if needed.
• Adhere to Hilton service standards and service quality reviews, in order to provide consistent service to guests, so that guests enjoy pleasant, memorable professional services.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
