- Based on the daily reservation list, grasp the necessary information, contact the housekeeping department to make sure the room is ready, pay attention to the rooms with special requirements: honey moon, VIP living room...
- Follow the hotel's standard check-in process
- Ask the guest to make a reservation, confirm the information of the room, the service booked. For walk-in guests, introduce available rooms for guests to choose from.
- Ask to borrow ID card (Vietnamese guests), Passport (foreign guests) and carry out procedures to receive deposit and payment.
- Guide guests to fill out and sign the registration form to confirm their stay at the hotel.
- Inform guests about breakfast time, hotel services, related travel services: tour booking, car rental, etc.
- Hand over the key to Bellman to lead guests up to check in.
- Arrange the guest's ID card/Passport in the correct order of the room, make the necessary markings to avoid paying the wrong guests.
- Make temporary resident information declaration and complete guest profile.
- Introduce guests to use the hotel's services: cuisine, office services, spa, gym, karaoke, billiards...
- Consulting, introducing customers to use the services of affiliates: car rental, tour booking, buying sightseeing tickets, buying souvenirs - specialties as gifts...
- Enthusiastically provide guests with necessary information: local events; sightseeing destinations; phone number - address of bank, embassy; reliable address to repair shoes and suitcases; Prices of some items…
- Keep the keys when guests need to go out.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from guests.
- Preserve money and personal belongings when customers send.
- Receive guest alarms on request.
- Coordinate with related departments to make room transfer request for guests.
- Receive - send parcels, letters, faxes of customers.
- Assist guests in booking flight tickets, train tickets, hotel reservations at the next destination... and confirm and change schedule information when necessary.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve requests, complaints - complaints of guests.
