Description: The Junior Financial Analyst will support the financial management team, focusing on fixed income trading, proprietary trading, derivatives, brokerage, and securities. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with some experience in financial analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

· Prepare and assist in managing performance reports, analysis reports, and portfolio reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss, and efficiency metrics.

· Assist in analyzing financial investment activities within treasury operations, proprietary trading, and derivative business segments.

· Support asset growth management, funding, and capital planning to enhance the company’s balance sheet effectiveness.

· Participate in BI-reporting projects, including the development of data mart, automated reports, and BI dashboards.

· Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support on financial matters.

· Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in financial analysis at banks, securities firms, or auditing at one of the Big 4 accounting firms.

· Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to structure tasks effectively.

· Strong analytical, reasoning, and critical thinking skills.

· Must be professional, open-minded, and eager to learn.

· Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI is a plus.

· University graduate majoring in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related fields.
