About The Job:
Our Merchandising Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating customer orders, serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments. This role involves handling customer inquiries, understanding client needs, and ensuring seamless order execution while fostering strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
· Customer Inquiry Management
o Receive, process, and provide necessary information to fulfill customer inquiries
o Accurately identify client needs and product requirements relating to technical specifications, quality standards, delivery expectations, cost parameters, and more.
o Assess internal capabilities, such as product technical feasibility, production capacity, quality standards, to determine if orders can be fulfilled to customer specifications
· Order Coordination and Execution
o Construct and coordinate comprehensive order execution plan, clearly identifying necessary milestones, timelines, and people-in-charge to fulfill customer orders
o Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Research & Development, Planning, Production, and Quality Assurance, to ensure customer requirements and delivery timelines are met
o Communicate promptly and transparently with customers to provide updates on progress, address any potential issues proactively, and maintain positive relationships
· Customer Demand Analysis
o Collect, consolidate, and maintain an overview of order details, ensuring alignment between customers’ requirements and factory resources and capabilities
o Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that can inform strategic decisions, helping shape the company’s strategy to better meet customer needs and respond to changing demand patterns

This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of both customer needs and internal production capabilities. The ability to coordinate across departments and maintain a customer-focused approach is crucial to ensure timely and satisfactory order fulfillment.
- Bachelors’ degree
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Outstanding academic performance and strong record of extracurricular activity
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
