- Design & implementation of high-quality HR products, processes and services. Ensure the application of HR solutions across business units. Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before roll-out.
- Prepare, present and deliver best practices for talent life cycle in collaboration with regional & global initiative (talent attraction, talent acquisition, talent development, talent retention, talent separation).
- Create and present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with HR products, processes and services.
- Track and monitor implementation and application of HR processes and initiatives
- Ownership of change management initiatives and stakeholders alignment.
* WORKING TIME: Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday & Bi Saturday
