THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a top salary packaging provider that has a vast experience of thirty years in helping their customers maximise the take-home pay by accessing their pre-tax salary.
This Full-stack Developer position involves participation in the full software development life-cycle and the provision of application support. The workload can be anything from designing a new and better payment processing algorithm through to updating SSRS & Power-BI reports.

This Full-stack Developer position involves participation in the full software development life-cycle and the provision of application support. The workload can be anything from designing a new and better payment processing algorithm through to updating SSRS & Power-BI reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Information Technology (IT) Manager with the requirements and design phases of IT projects.
- Developing and testing software applications as part of IT projects.
- Estimating and tracking their own tasks within an IT project and notifying the IT Manager of progress.
- Presenting new software applications to other departments and training staff from other departments in the use of these new applications.
- Deploying and configuring new software applications in the production environment, with the assistance of the Systems Administrator if necessary.
- Maintaining existing software applications.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent tertiary education in the Information Technology field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software engineering role
- Strong experience with .NET (4.7 and 6), ASP.NET MVC, Winform
- strong experience with React, HTML, jQuery, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with REST Services
- Experience with SQL Server (2019) and SQL
- Previous experience with Azure App Services is helpful
- Previous experience with Azure Dev Ops and Octopus Deploy/Continuous deployment processes
