Job Description

The position is responsible for goods management, Stock in – Stock out procedures, inventory of goods

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Store Officer and Cost Controller to check and compare relevant records

• Prepare inventory reports, import and export reports and other related reports as prescribed
• Responsible for inventorying and controlling goods in the store
• Regularly update the situation of goods in the warehouse, plan the import and export of goods and submit them to the Finance Manager for review and approval
• Check and enter documents and goods data into the System
• Check the receipts of goods from the manufacturer, handle all cases of shortage of materials and goods within the scope of authority or report to superiors for timely settlement
• Coordinate with the Storekeeper to quickly complete the import and export procedures; Monitor the inventory of goods and raw materials, and promptly propose treatment plans (receiving stock or handling inventory) to ensure that the production and business processes of hotels and restaurants are not affected
• Regularly update the situation of goods in the warehouse, plan the import and export of goods and submit them to the Finance Manager for review and approval.
• Together with the Storekeeper - the receiver - the delivery party directly participates in the tally of the quantity of goods in and out of the warehouse to ensure that they match the requirements. Save the content in the Accounting notebook.
• Control and prepare relevant export and import documents
• Check and enter documents and goods data into the system software.
  
  

Once every months, coordinate with store officer / Cost controller to inventory all goods and materials in the store

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in College graduation or above
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and MC System, Future Log system
