- Overseeing and managing the restaurant operations.
- Ensuring and maintaining the smooth running of the department at all times.
- Establishing departmental standard operational procedures.
- Drafting headcounts, position rosters, and job descriptions.
- Holding daily staff briefings and assigning work schedules and stations.
- Supervising, coaching, and instructing all departmental staff.
- Developing F&B concepts in coordination with the General Manager.
- Planning, organizing, and executing annual and seasonal Food and Beverage promotion plans.
- Planning, developing, and calculating food menus and standard recipes.
- Planning and developing beverage menus.
- Make daily restaurant inspections and take corrective actions.
- Assignment of the management to the General Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Graduated from University majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management and other related majors
• Minimum three years of experience (3) and two years of experience (2) in the hospitality industry
• Priority is given to candidates having worked in a similar position for international hotels/resorts and can start as soon as possible
• Fluency in English
• Good computer skills
• Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.
• Pride and attention to detail.
• Polished personal presentation with a warm, confident, and hospitable personality.
