- To greet guests on arrival at the hotel and conduct check-in and registration procedures.
- To check villas prior to guests check-in to ensure they are clean, properly equipped and in high standard of maintenance.
- To implement and maintain guest recognition program
- To handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments in professional manner, log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up
- To maintain an up to date files and information on tours, sightseeing and points of general interests and make the necessary booking when requested.
- To conduct inspections of the public areas of the main lobby ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance and initiating appropriate action where necessary.
- To conduct hotel site inspection when directed.
- To upsell all hotel, spa facilities and outlets.
- To entertain guests as and when appropriate.
- To assist the cashiers with guest billing procedures.
- To efficiently carry out all guest check out procedures.
- To carry out administrative requirements as directed.
- To obtain credit card approvals upon guest arrival.
- To conduct money changing transactions accurately and efficiently as per hotel policy.
- To close at the end of each shift and balance individual transactions and cash float.
- To attend all required trainings and maintain multi skills to flexibly perform in all sections in FO when its required.
- Assist and process all in-house requests and needs from all departments.
- Knowledgeable and handle special requests, selling of amenities and catering, arrival and departure patterns.
- Do the inventory control and issuance of keys, master keys, mobiles and walkie talkies.
- Be able to use mobile, walkie talkie and two way communications systems
- Help to develop guest history profiles, coordinate tracking of inventory and proper storage and pick up of equipment.
- Keep abreast of current information.
- Perform concierge duties such as booking tours and transportation, giving directions, provide most updated hotel information, local information, restaurant information, etc
- Support the Corporate Social Responsibility program of the through the implementation of policies and programs that contribute to environment-friendly practices in the hotels and resorts.
- Contributes to due diligence efforts and risk management activities for existing and future projects.
