Garrya - Mù Cang Chải

- Take full charge of the Laundry Department, supervising all associates and ensuring adherence to hotel standards.
- Plan, organize, and oversee laundry operations, including washing, drying, pressing, folding, and delivery.
- Maintain strict quality control to ensure guest laundry, uniforms, and hotel linens are processed to the highest standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of all laundry equipment and facilities.
- Manage chemical and consumable usage, monitor stock levels, and place requisitions as required.
- Develop work schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate laundry associates to maintain a high-performing team.
- Prepare departmental reports on productivity, costs, damages, and replacements.
- Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to meet guest needs and operational demands.
- Implement cost-control measures while ensuring service quality.
- Enforce safety regulations, fire prevention, and hygiene standards in all laundry areas.
