- Technical staff management includes training, monitoring, and evaluating each employee's job performance.
- Manage the technical system of the hotel, make operating and maintenance plans by the regime as well as comply with the recommendations of the manufacturer or the consultant. Ensure that the work related to the maintenance and upkeep of the Hotel's assets must be carried out properly and safely at all times.
- Plan annual costs for issues related to the technical operation of the hotel such as energy costs, costs for materials, tools for replacement and minor repairs, costs for maintenance services of contractors, costs for repair, renovation, and upgrading...
- Arrange repair, maintenance, and operational services under the direction of the Hotel Management Director.
- Organize regular system checks of the Hotel to ensure that the systems operate efficiently, and are maintained and repaired according to standards.
- Actively solve problems related to technical issues in the field of hotel operation as well as fire and explosion prevention, natural disasters, storms, and floods...
- Participating in and supervising the activities of the Hotel, including the use of common walkways, public areas, access control of the Hotel, security procedures, fire protection, environmental sanitation, the use of use elevators, parking areas, bonsai...
- Manage documents related to the technical system of the Hotel.
- Cooperate well with relevant departments as well as local and with other departments of the Hotel, assisting with any assigned tasks.
- Monitor, supervise, deliver, and receive the tenant area including managing the interior finishing of tenants...
- Organize and closely monitor the hotel's consumption of electricity, water, gas, oil, and other things according to the process.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 5 years engineering management experience with preference to those with mechanical/ electrical qualifications.
- Demonstrated project management ability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Eyes for detail. Demonstrated ability to inspire, train, and develop the team members.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of operational control, budgeting, energy saving, and risk management.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous Accor experience with an international hospitality company is a must.
