Supervise channel marketing (region) team in planning and execution of Regional Channel Marketing strategies, platforms and plans for prioritized regions ensure that these activities are implemented effectively & efficiently according to KPIs set to execute winning behavior changes at the point of purchase/ consumption.
Key Activities Results:
1: To monitor the execution of Activation & Promotion, Channel Development, Experience & Key Account, Merchandising & Loyalty strategies, platforms and plans for respective regions to ensure the smooth activities in the in-charge area.
2: To follow up the execution of the campaigns to have proper actions, if any.
3: To work closely with Channel Marketing's supporting teams to develop and deliver Regional Channel Marketing strategies, platforms and plans for prioritized regions
4: To Analyse sales performance, evaluate the efficiencies of the campaigns and work closely with Regional Brand & Sales teams to ensure winning choices for key channels and meet end consumer's needs & wants.
5: To manage expenditures (overhead and spend) to agreed levels

Most complex problems: The customer and shopper communication plans, ensuring that winning choices for key channels are agreed and aligned on brand portfolio and sales distribution assessments

Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
Experience / skills required:
Knowledge of professionally advertising, culture and sociology
At least 4-year working experience in the relevant field in beverage industry or FMCG
Decision maker
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill
Creative thinking, open-minded and enthusiasm
Being flair
PC such as all Microsoft Office and Photoshop
Language(s): Conversation with spoken and written English
