SCOPE OF WORK

Support the sales team in daily operations, customer coordination, and sales documentation.

Support in coordinating all requirements for assigned conferences, groups and events booked by the Sales Department including conventions, meetings, incentives, and banquets

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Administrative Tasks:

• Assist Sales administrative tasks: order processing, quotations, paperworks and follow up.
• Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Maintain and update sales/events records, tracking, and reports.
• Assist in Organizing and schedule meetings, events, promotional activities, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

Coordination and Management:

• Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, delivery schedules, and order status
• Handle routine customer communication via phone, email, or CRM systems
• Communicate with internal departments (FO, finance, F&B etc) to ensure smooth order execution
• Assist in overseeing assigned conventions, meetings, incentives, weddings, and events customer satisfaction.
• To be able to conduct resort site inspection.

Other Duties

• University major in business, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field.
• Having experience in sales/ events, preferably in hospitality industry, is advantage
• Language: Vietnamese and English.
