JOB SUMMARY

The Production Planner is responsible for the planning and organizing of the production schedule. This role ensures the efficient and cost-effective management of manufacturing processes, overseeing the production workflow, and ensuring products are produced on time for distribution.

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

• Created and managed sample plans to make sure work ran smoothly and was on time.
• Organize tasks to get the best results with the least delay.
• Keep records like work orders, product details, and schedules updated.
• Watch over production, adjust plans when needed, and inform everyone involved.
• Work with sales, purchasing, and quality teams to make sure products meet standards and deadlines.
• Find ways to improve the sample process to save time and costs.
• Spot possible problems early and fix them to avoid delays.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• 3-4Y+ experience as a production planner, scheduler, or merchandiser in garment/ textile industry
• Familiar with production planning and quality control principles.
• Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

• Salary: up to 20,000,000 VND or negotiable based on experience
• One-month probationary period

Working time: Monday to Saturday: 7.30 am - 4:30 pm. Half day off on Saturday.
