Monitor and oversee the operational status and parameters of systems and equipment, recording electricity generation output at assigned rooftop solar power projects.

Conduct periodic inspections of systems and equipment, perform scheduled O&M tasks at projects according to the company’s plan to ensure safe, stable operation and high efficiency.

Investigate issues and root causes, and collaborate with relevant departments to implement solutions for improving system efficiency.

Coordinate with enterprise representatives (building owners) to handle access procedures and work registration when performing tasks at those enterprises.

Lead or coordinate with relevant parties to handle incidents or abnormal conditions of the systems and equipment safely and effectively, restoring system operations as quickly as possible.

Manage and maintain materials, equipment, and tools assigned for supervision.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per regulations.

Lead or collaborate to propose a list of spare parts and equipment for assigned projects.

Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Preference:

• Candidates who are local residents in areas such as Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An, Tay Ninh.
• Candidates with experience working on solar power projects.
• Candidates with experience in maintaining and repairing electromechanical systems in power plants or industrial zones.

Graduated from vocational school or higher in electrical, electromechanical, or related fields.

Proficient in office computer applications.

Capable of planning weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedules.

Teamwork spirit, meticulousness, and honesty.

Effective communication skills.

Willingness to travel for extended periods or stay at project sites as required.

Eager to learn and improve skills.
