1. Management & Coordination

• Manage all procurement activities both domestically and internationally (materials, technical equipment, contractors, services).

• Assign, supervise, and train the procurement team to ensure work quality and timely completion.

• Monitor the entire supply progress and promptly handle any arising issues to meet project requirements.

2. Collaboration & Professional Expertise

• Work closely with relevant departments (engineering, project, accounting, etc.) to confirm procurement requests in terms of specifications, quantities, and schedules.

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers/contractors; organize contract negotiations, including terms, pricing, schedules, and commercial conditions.

• Prepare comparison reports and submit them to the Management Board for approval.

3. Documentation & Logistics Management

• Prepare and control procurement documents: Purchase Orders, Contracts, Invoices, CO, CQ, B/L, etc., in compliance with legal regulations and company procedures.

• Manage logistics operations: coordinate transportation and delivery from suppliers to warehouses/sites, or internal transfers between projects.

• Review, finalize, and hand over procurement documents (both hard copies and soft copies) to Accounting and the Project Documentation Department.

4. Development & Growth

• Maintain and develop sustainable relationships with domestic and international partners.

• Participate in building standardized procurement procedures to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or Import-Export.

• 2–3 years of experience in technical procurement, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Solid knowledge of international procurement: contracts, Incoterms, logistics, and import documentation.

• Preferably with experience in procurement within the technical or renewable energy sector.

• Good command of English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
