Participate in business negotiations, facilitate contract signing, and ensure contract fulfillment.
OKR Advancement: Assist the General Manager and HRBP team in promoting the implementation of various OKR tasks and business optimization strategies.
Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments, provide internal support to different functional departments, and ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration within the company.
Strategy Development and Market Research Support: Assist the GM in developing strategies by conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing industry trends, and providing valuable insights. Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
Personal Assistance: Support the General Manager with personal matters, such as travel arrangements, reservations, and handling ad-hoc requests.

A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to handle pressure, setbacks, and tight deadlines with resilience and a problem-solving mindset.

Monthly income: Base salary $800 - $1200 (+ Incentive + Bonus)
Regulated time for performance evaluation and periodic salary review.
13th month salary by company policies and regulations
Opportunity to have internal and external training to improve professional skills and working skills.
Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be by Labor Law
Team-building activities.
Working days: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00)
