Gear Inc is seeking a Workforce Management MIS Analyst for our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and efficiency of quality. The ideal candidate performs building, designing, managing information systems and technology to support the organization in making informed decisions.
Main responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizing, and storing data from various sources in a structured and accessible manner;
- Analyze and normalize extracted raw data, identify trends, provide insights based on available information;
- Build and maintain intranet portals, knowledge-base web pages or database;
- Implement, maintain and optimize information system database and software applications used within the organization;
- Generate reports and dashboards that provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant information to various stakeholders;
- Provide and present data-driven insights to help managers and executives make strategic decisions that align with the organization's goals;
- Ensure that data and information systems are secure and that the organization adheres to relevant data protection and privacy regulations;
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and workflows through the effective use of technology and data analysis;
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to understand their reporting requirement and provide solution through automation;
- Provide training and support to employees who use the organization's information systems and software applications;
- Manage scorecard, performance dashboards and login/billable hours from the system;
- Attends meetings and discussions on KPI reports, do roadshows for implementation of innovations and initiatives in reporting;
- Manage ad-hoc requests on reporting.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in computer or information science, plus related work experience, is required;
- Good English language skills;
- 1-3 years of experience in a related information technology (IT) job;
- Proficiency in MS Tools, Google Suite, Spreadsheet, Power BI, data studio, and other related software;
- Proficiency in scripting and coding using programming languages such as VB, C#, Java script, Python or the likes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.

Lịch sử thành lập
- Năm 1989, UBND Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh có chủ trương chuyển đổi Ban Quản lý HTX Mua Bán Thành phố trở thành Liên hiệp HTX Mua bán Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh - Saigon Co.op
- Năm 1992-1997, Saigon Co.op đã khởi đầu bằng việc liên doanh liên kết với các công ty nước ngoài để gia tăng thêm nguồn lực cho hướng phát triển của mình. Là một trong số ít đơn vị có giấy phép XNK trực tiếp của Thành phố, hoạt động XNK phát triển mạnh mẽ mang lại hiệu quả cao, góp phần xác lập uy tín, vị thế của Saigon Co.op trên thị trường trong và ngoài nước.
- Năm 1996, ra đời siêu thị đầu tiên của hệ thống siêu thị Co.opmart là Co.opmart Cống Quỳnh
- Năm 1998, ghi dấu ấn một chặng đường phát triển mới của Saigon Co.op. Tái cấu trúc về tổ chức và nhân sự, tập trung mọi nguồn lực của mình để đầu tư mạnh cho công tác bán lẻ
- Năm 2002, thành lập Co.opmart Cần Thơ - Siêu thị tỉnh đầu tiên ra đời
- Năm 2007, thành lập Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Phát triển Saigon Co.op - SCID. Thành lập Công ty Cổ phần Thành Công - SC IMEX. Tham gia thành lập Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Phát triển hệ thống phân phối Việt Nam - VDA
- Năm 2008, ra mắt chuỗi cửa hàng thực phẩm an toàn tiện lợi Co.opFood
- Năm 2010, phát triển mô hình bán lẻ trực tuyến qua truyền hình HTV Co.op
- Năm 2012, co.opmart thay đổi Bộ nhận diện Thương hiệu mới.
- Năm 2013, khai trương Đại siêu thị Co.opXtraplus tại Thủ Đức, TPHCM
- Năm 2014, khai trương TTTM SenseCity
- Năm 2015, khai trương Đại siêu thị Co.opXtra Tân Phong
- Năm 2016, hệ thống Co.opmart có 82 siêu thị bao gồm 32 Co.opmart ở TPHCM và 50 Co.opmart
- Năm 2017, Saigon Co.op và cty SCID chính thức đưa Sense Market - là chợ truyền thống kết hợp hiện đại đi vào hoạt động phục vụ nhu cầu mua sắm và giải trí của khách hàng trong và ngoài nước.
- Năm 2018, Ra mắt mô hình cửa hàng tiện lợi 24h - Cheers. Đây là thành quả sau nhiều năm hợp tác của Saigon Co.op (Việt Nam) và NTUC FairPrice (Singapore). Saigon Co.op đạt 100 siêu thị trên cả nước, hơn 600 điểm bán với hơn 1 triệu lượt khách hàng đến tham quan và mua sắm mỗi ngày.
