Key Accountabilities:
1) Transaction Management
• Preparing all transactional accounting process relating to inventory account in the line with Vietnam Accepted Accounting Standards Principles and Regulations of Ministry of Finance as well as related companies policies;
• Record transactions in the accounting system. Ensuring that all inventory transaction details are recorded accurately in an accounting system.
2) Inventory Reporting
• Preparing monthly report on inventory account in the line with managerial requirement of company;
• Perform monthly reconciliation between goods movement transactions, inventory accounts, and COGS.
• Calculating COGS, ensure proper valuation of inventory, including cost of goods sold (COGS) calculation and inventory reserves
3) Product and Prices Database
• Receiving document from purchasing department and outlet for stock in material and tools.
• Create items code and update goods prices on the accounting 10% JOB DESCRIPTION system.
• Work closely with Group IT and support store staff to adjust any misstatement of stock quantity in the system.
4) Inventory Control and Management
• Communicate and cooperate with other Finance & Accounting team members for month-end closing to ensure compliance with legal regulations and management requirements, ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory-related transactions in the general ledger.
• Following daily stock in – stock out at the store.
• Monitor and analyze inventory turnover rates to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and recommend appropriate actions
• Manage the system transition for the moving inventory around outlets.
• Compare quantity inventory stock out for selling and revenue receiving. If It is different, preparing mistake report to send to related business team.
• Extract inventory ending balance every coffee shop and transfer to material expense count cost of goods sold.
• Reconcile ending balance detail book and general ledger. Storing those document in the line with company rules 45%
• Carrying out other works as appointed by Chief Accountant in related period.
Yêu cầu công việc
1) Education/ Training Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Accounting Fundamentals
2) Experience:
• Minimum 2 years experience in position Accountant or Inventory Accountant or Settlement Accountant.
• Proven experience as an inventory accountant or similar role within the F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
• Knowledge of VAS, IFRS or GAAP and inventory accounting standards
3) Skills & Personal Characteristics:
- Ability to work independently and in a teamwork environment, carefully, and accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping 6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
