1. Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the Hotel Manager:

Prepare, manage, and schedule appointments for the Hotel Manager.

Plan and manage meetings and conferences.

Prepare documents, files, and reports for meetings and other requests.

Manage and handle correspondence, emails, and communication requests.

Prepare and manage expenses, invoices, and financial reports.

Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Hotel Manager.

2. Supporting office operations:

Manage office supplies, equipment, and documents.

Ensure the office is clean, organized, and professional.

Provide support and services to clients and partners.

Supporting cluster-related activities:

Communicate and collaborate with other departments within the hotel chain to ensure operational efficiency.

Perform other tasks as required by the cluster management.
