• Develop and implement Sourcing Strategies for own categories start with development, proposal, presentation, savings identification, implementation until result tracking.
• Responsible for the local Purchasing transaction, including sourcing, supplier selection procedure, compliances as Danone policies, PO verification, contract in place and claims for service failure or undeliverable goods by suppliers.
• Being specialized in the local category knowledges market intelligent, spend &baseline analytic, Market benchmarking, Business needs, Business case analysis for Procurement and local regulations which related to sourcing.
• Secure Supply risk analyze, dual sourcing, contingency planning, SLA, quality& safety, contracts and trading KPI.
• Lead of local Productivity Projects and tracking.
• Innovation capture innovation from suppliers, contribute to and implement local innovation projects.
• Cross-functional and Cross-divisional improvement projects on responsible categories.
• Contract management including Contract development, negotiation, local law compliance, Danone compliance and contract execution (Sign off and tracking).
• Actively manage Working Capital in categories through payment terms extension, payment phasing and minimum order quantity (MOQ).
• To build relationship and engagement with cross-function and own function, including own team (C&P), Global and Regional C&P, local Finance teams, management team of each function and key stakeholder.
• Supplier Relationship Management Build-up relationships with local suppliers, preferred supplier identification, supplier performance evaluation and global or X-cross county vendor deployment.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor Degree / Master Degree is preferred in Business / Engineering / Purchasing & Supply Chain.
• At least 5 years experience in Purchasing.
• Procurement foundation, soft and hard skill that are related to responsibility.
• Negotiation and people management skill.
• Material knowledge as own responsibilities.
