Responsibilities
Scientific engagement (80%)
- To frequently engage top Scientific leaders/ KOLs and medical teams of key accounts to understand their insights into prevention areas, and update our company products and related diseases information.
- To frequently engage with top key decision makers to understand their perception & frequently update the product-related information.
- Co-ordinate with the speakers and support speaker building the presentation and ensure the information delivery at the highest quality in suitable scientific events.
- Engaging with speakers for marketing events and business development events along travel time preparing materials, managing the presentation to ensure compliance, discussing scientific information with the speaker, and handling any objections if present.
- Co-ordinate with Medical, Marketing, L&D to conduct the refresh training for MRs about the diseases and in-line products’ clinical studies as well as guiding handle objections and call flow training.
- Regularly self-study and get updates on epidemiology and clinical studies for related products & diseases.
- To work with MKT, KAM, and FF to build engagement strategy, event planning, and scientific/ promotional material review.
- To be the speaker for key scientific events (including our company standalone events) to update the product information to HCPs.
- At least 2 years experience in scientific engagement or commercial position in prevention medicine.
- Good knowledge of prevention medicine area and the pharma industry
- A passionate person in science and self-learning
- Excellent communication skill
- Expert in presentation skill
- Advance in customer engagement skill
