POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for our Vaccines product categories. This role requires expertise in both online and offline marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on communication and brand management.

Primary Activities

Campaign Planning & Implementation

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and market positioning.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  
  

Communication Management

• Craft and implement effective communication strategies that resonate with target audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency across all messaging platforms.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and key opinion leaders to support campaign objectives and enhance communication efforts.
  
  

Brand Management

• Ensure brand integrity and consistency across all marketing initiatives, reinforcing brand values and messaging in both online and offline channels.
• Monitor brand performance and market trends, providing insights to inform future campaign strategies and enhance brand equity.
  
  

Performance Analysis

• Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives and drive product sales.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in campaign management or brand management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
