Key Responsibilities

Market research & launch MVP
Develop the product that caters to both domestic and international markets
Continuously conduct market research and user analysis to stay updated on market trends
Collaborate with the product team to launch MVP & deliver feedback loop to continuously build and enhance the product
Develop and implement suitable GTM & marketing strategies to reach product- market fit in the Vietnam market.
Leadership & Management
Train and enhance the working capacity of employees
Build a effective, strong marketing, sales team with growth mindset

Analytical/data- driven mindset and strong quantitative skills.
Ability to work cross- functionally and confidently collaborate with product stakeholders and sales support.
Strong communication & revenue planning skills, with 3 years of experience in business growth (sale) in Vietnam market.
Tech- savvy, understand the latest trends in b2b marketing/ sales.
Experience working with SaaS products or tech companies.
English is optional.
