Job Description
The Successful Applicant
What's on Offer

Financial Operations & Internal Control
Oversee and align accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls across all Asia entities with both corporate and local statutory requirements.
Analyze financial results for all entities in the region and provide insights into variances, risks, and opportunities.
Coordinate local and global audits, ensuring compliance and smooth execution with the support of both internal teams and external advisors.
Act as the main liaison between Asia entities and global finance leadership for statutory and compliance-related matters.
ERP Implementation & Systems Alignment
Collaborate with the corporate team to support the rollout of a group-wide ERP platform (Microsoft D365), ensuring successful implementation and system adoption across the region.
Identify and lead finance process improvements, including automation and standardization initiatives.
Treasury & Cash Management
Manage cash needs and internal controls for both self-managed and externally managed entities across the region.
Ensure compliance with internal policies for banking access and transaction approvals.
Tax & Compliance
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all local statutory filings and tax obligations.
Support global tax planning and ensure alignment with intercompany transfer pricing policies.
Business Partnering & Strategic Support
Partner with local leadership and global FP&A to support decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance reviews.
Provide actionable insights and support to regional business leaders on strategic initiatives, including market expansion, investment decisions, and operational improvements.
Team Leadership & Regional Oversight
Develop finance professionals across multiple countries, including internal teams and external consultants.
Identify skill gaps, build training plans, and promote a culture of performance and collaboration across geographies.
Drive alignment and cohesion between finance functions in Asia and the broader corporate finance organization.
Background in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent qualification is a strong advantage.
Finance leadership in a multinational environment.
Background in regional consolidation, statutory compliance, and working across different financial and regulatory frameworks.
Proven track record in change management and ERP implementation.
Comfortable managing a mix of in-house and outsourced accounting operations.
